Can schools place an order and be invoiced for the products?

You can place an order with us and as long as a purchase order number is generated through your school finance officer/bursar we will process the order, dispatch the products and invoice the relevant personnel.

I have paid for the resources online and don't know how to download the purchased files. How can they be accessed?

Can international schools order products and what are the postage charges outside of the U.K.?

Yes, we accept orders form international school and postage costs are still FREE worldwide.

What do we do if we have lost, broken or have a fault with 1 or more of my products?

If you have lost or misplaced your PE Resources Bank product(s) we can issue a replacement provided you can tell us when and by whom the original items were ordered by. From there, we will be able to track the order placed and verify it before dispatching a replacement FREE of charge. If your item is faulty, we will automatically dispatch a new item the next working day.

I would like to pay with PayPal, but I don't have a PayPal account. Do I need to set one up before checkout?

No. Simply click checkout in shopping cart page and you will be taken to PayPal, where you will be prompted to set up an account or simply put in your card details.

We have recieved some of our products ordered but yet have a invoice sent through from PE Resources Bank for the full amount. What shall we do next?

Products are issued at the same time as the invoice and from time to time schools received the invoice before the items ordered. Please wait for ALL items to arrive and then settle the invoice once completely satisfied.

How do I use a promotion code?

Once you’ve added the items you want to order to your shopping basket you’ll have the option to enter a promotion or discount code before you proceed to checkout. Simply enter your code in the box, click ‘Apply’, and the promotion will be added to your shopping basket. Remember promotion codes usually have an end date but if you experience any problems using a code simply get in touch.

Ordering Information
Once ordered or purchased your resources will be dispatched first class and should be received between 2-3 working days. Selected titles are available on digital download (please see catalogue for availability) All resources are supplied on a CD ROM and are fully customisable dependent on your departments curriculum. Resources may also be use on all schools intranet systems and between departmental personal.

Resources can be purchased online using our buy it now facility with paypal and all major credit/debit cards. You do not have to have a paypal account to pay via this method. Please follow the online instructions once you have click on the ‘Buy It Now’ option.

We accept purchase orders from schools provided a reference number is clearly quoted on the order form.

Returns Policy
Please be aware that returns are only possible if the resources CD Rom is faulty. Please make sure you assess the suitability of the resources prior to purchase using the downloadable examples.
